To ensure confidence in every hire, we offer a guarantee period—if the candidate does not remain in the role within the agreed timeframe, we will work to replace them at no additional cost.

Executive-level searches require a more strategic and targeted approach, which is reflected in the fee structure. These engagements are typically structured as a retained search or a percentage of the executive’s annual compensation.
